Ouch. I'm thinking it would be quite controversial for the OCA to do this. I've understood the 'mixing licenses if not depending is allowed' statement as a specific interpretation of the AGPL, but if an author sues and a judge decides on what is the correct interpretation, then I think this statement should be retracted instead of changing the license. BTW. 'AGPL+Exception' is not OSI approved, so it would have to be LGPL but that is besides the point.
