Adding functionality to set the visibility of contact information of each member
Website Membership Contact Visibility
This module was written to extend the functionality of the website to control membership contact information. Member contact information can now be set to be published or not.
Installation
To install this module, you need to:
- Clone the branch 8.0 of the repository https://github.com/OCA/website
- Add the path to this repository in your configuration (addons-path)
- Update the module list
- Go to menu Setting -> Modules -> Local Modules
- Search For Website Membership Contact Visibility
- Install the module
Usage
To use this module, you need to:
- Go to menu Association -> Members -> Members
- Then click on one of members name so get into form view
- Within the Membership tab, there will be a new field named Visible In The Website
- If you want the contact information of the member visible on the website, just klik into Published. If you dont want the contact information of the member visible on the website, just klik into Not Published
