Installation

To install this module, you need to:

1. Install the external dependency criticalpath. Easiest way to do it is to open the terminal and enter pip3 install criticalpath (https://pypi.org/project/criticalpath/).

Configuration

To change the way the critical path is calculated:

1. Go from the menu to Project > Configuration > Settings;
2. look for 'Base project critical path on';
3. change the setting to your company's preference.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

1. Configure a project with its tasks and dependencies;
2. go to the timeline view of tasks;
3. the red highlighted arrows represent the critical path.

• Create a more accurate critical path calculation.
