It is not currently possible to use the yandex api as it would require to develop an adapter for this API as we had for the googlemaps api (which is deprecated thought).https://tech.yandex.com/maps/jsapi/
And to use the commercial version you would probably require to register an account in Odoo which can't be done yet.
Thus you would need to adapt the js code and add an object in odoo to manage credentials.
