Odoo becomes unusable when a Sale Report is generated. Anyone has faced similar issues?

Hi there, 

We are using Odoo 10 Enterprise, database is an AWS RDS (db.m4.xlarge) and when we generate a sale report CPU of database goes to 100% and Odoo becomes completely unusable for about 10 minutes. 

We are worried if we are going to face more similar performance issues (Inventory Valuation comes to mind) as our data grows. Also we found it strange that there were no other people online having the same issue. 

We have sale_order_line table with >1 Million rows, 10k products and 16k locations.
