Hi

From a non OCA member an external point of view :

Anyone who need third party Odoo modules quickly discover that there is a lot 
of badly coded or badly conceived modules (even (or specialy) expensive ones). 
Yet OCA modules are very well conceived. So identifying contributors is an 
essential point when looking for partners.

Also it looks like there are few external contributors, while everyone quickly 
complains about little bugs, missing translations, poor documentation and so 
on. As allways in free software. May be contribution recognition could 
motivate external contributors ?
