Hi Stefan, 

sorry for the wording, i already discussed with my colleague Mathias on how to communicate
appropriately with the community and its most senior people in an appropriate way
(that was my mistake, since i keep pushing my people to interact and use / contribute to the power
of share and Mathias specifically for that very issued but obviously forgot to clarify that giving and being devote comes before asking
for favors or even suggesting a certain time frame to act. So please accept our joint apologies for that.

As for your remarks: Thank you for your reply, we will act accordingly (in terms of our processes, that need
to be better streamlined to work with the community, of course) and thank you again for your patience
with us (you can take that as a personal promise from my side that i will spread the word on appropriate community communication carefully
among my team asap).
