Hello Robert,

It is not ported likely because no one has needed it in version >= 9.
You are very welcome to propose a pull request for the migration to the
version for which you need that module.

Please check https://github.com/OCA/maintainer-tools/wiki for
information on how to proceed, and ask on this mailing list in case some
points are not clear.
