Translations are reverted back from Transifex to GitHub once a week on weekends. Is there any issue that you have detected?

Hi all 

does anybody of you know whether and how often updated translations of
version 8 from Transifex are still being merged ?. I couldn't find any
information on the translation procedure (OCA webpage) [1] apart from
the discussion about moving to "Weblate" or other tools that seems to
be stuck [2].
