as if we reach the critical mass to have 2 repos it will surely be easier to move scrum specific in an other repo instead of all base modules.

Specially that we have decided to split our initial agile module into 3 modules:

  • agile_scrum - Scrum related extensions 
  • agile_kanban - Kanban related extensions 
Having all these features in one single agile module (as initially proposed by us) led to some conceptual issues so that was the main reason to decide to make this split.

Also, we believe this is a right approach since its quite extendable and still structured. In future, someone else might decide to introduce a new methodology/framework and start working on the module called agile_xxx which might be dependent on module agile and/or some other modules.

What do you think?

Scrum is a particular agile method.
We want a repo covering agile in general, including Scrum.
So it should be named project-agile.
