Renaming of repository OCA/bank-statement-reconcile to OCA/account-reconcile

Dear contributors,

As reconciliation has become more ubiquous on each Odoo version, it doesn't make too much sense to keep a name linked to an specific part of the account like bank-statement-reconcile, and as the discussion started in https://github.com/OCA/account-financial-tools/pull/520, we have renamed the repository to a more generic name account-reconcile.

All of you that already have the old repo in your deployments, there's no reason to worry about, as GitHub keep track of old repository names and thus your pull operations will work the same as always.
