I expect it to start as an empty repo, and then have a PR per module, like we did with Business Requirements: all code was reviewed before merged.

This is the plan, right?

But the content of the current version really leak of documentation, format and tests, I suppose before the first merge right?

Yes, will propose to OCA with full documentation, format and tests.

Bet there are already plenty of tests in ddmrp module, v9.
