Yes, good idea! I proposed in tge Open Discussions track a series of Roadmap discussions in each functional area (accounting, logistics, etc..).

Last year with Business Requirement workshop we could gather some functional people working around together but that was the exception in the code sprint.
This year we want to organize training sessions (both tech and functional) to improve the situation.

Still think OCA is poor in handling functional people and content

Hi,

in the light of the recent discussion on Twitter ([1], [2]), I would be
interested to have a small round table discussion with these
functionally oriented people in the Odoo community that feel excluded in
the OCA. It seems that it would be good to exchange perspectives at
least. Do you think this is a good idea, and would it be possible for
the board to organize such a discussion during the Odoo Experience this
October?
