I don’t like Munin personally - I find that the configuration is not pleasurable, and it is outdated/ugly. 

Have you looked at Prometheus and Grafana? Combine those with Sentry and you have great visibility with basically no setup. If you’re using something like Rancher, there’s already even templates:
