Dear contributors,

mis_builder is progressively growing with new modules (mis_builder_budget, analytic filtering, ideas for a charting module).

The main motivation for a separate repo is the need to setup a coherent functional and technical documentation framework for the whole set, possibly publishing it on ghpages or readthedocs. That will be much easier to do in a repo that's fully dedicated to MIS builder.

Additionally, I would like to experiment with feature parity for version 9, 10, 11 using forward porting with git merge. That too is not possible in a repo with mixed addons.

Therefore, I request your approval to create a new OCA repository to host mis_builder and move it out of account-financial-reporting.
