hello,

We are experiencing some issues on runbot (cannot connect to runbot
instances, and instances not being built). This seems to be related to a
heavy CPU load on the runbot servers causing timeouts on nginx, and a
problem in the cleanup of builds.

Investigation of the root cause of this is in progress, and I will work
on this tonight. In the meantime I'm manually cleaning up some jobs to
free resources. You may experience some up and downs of the runbots this
morning and tonight. I apologize for the inconvenience.
