[RFC] [base_res_country_group]

Dear OCA contributors,

We want to introduce the ability to group countries for the purposes of reporting.
For example, some companies want to report on sales in EMEA, North America,...etc.
While the reporting itself is not relevant in this RFC (we will use https://github.com/OCA/reporting-engine/tree/8.0/bi_view_editor) what we intend to do is to add a new field 'group_id' to the res.country, that will link to res.country.group.
