in addition to Alexandre's answer, you might use https://github.com/OCA/stock-logistics-workflow/tree/14.0/sale_order_global_stock_route if all the items take the same dropshipping route

I usually handle this by setting the dropshipping route on the sale order line. But you need to know beforehand.
