travis failing build due to pyodbc.h

Hi all,

I have this build

https://travis-ci.org/OCA/l10n-italy/jobs/194528091

failing with

src/pyodbc.h:56:17: fatal error: sql.h: No such file or directory

Is it a temporary problem or something to be configured in travis build?

Note that last week this didn't happen.
