Yes, but the issue is more precisely that the cost of employee is always expressed in the company currency of the employee. So if:

 * Company A, currency EUR, employee A cost 80
 * Company B, currency CHF, employee B cost 90

Then when employee B works on a project owned by company A, the cost will be 90 EUR where it should be CHF: 90 * currency rate for CHF->EUR !!

yes, the conversion is not done.
In our case, at the moment we don't need it, because  we compute the costs using  the amount of hours done.
