Requesting new "intrastat" repo

Dear friends,

Luc de Meyer and me would like to have a dedicated "intrastat" repo in the OCA. This repo would host the modules that are currently in this PR for v8: https://github.com/OCA/account-financial-reporting/pull/80 (the followers of this PR already asked for the creation of a dedicated project).

I started the development of these intrastat modules (third generation) with Luc de Meyer during a 2-day code sprint in July 2015 in Paris. There are already several localisations available (France, Belgium, NL). These modules are already used in production by several companies.

It would be great if this repo would be created today so that we can move the PR during the code sprint. I would request commit rights for at least Luc de Meyer (github account "luc-demeyer") and me (github account "alexis-via").
