Alternative 8.0-9.0 migration procedure

Dear contributors,
I recently experienced difficulties with the usual migration procedure.
It seems git cherry-pick fails on merge commits, and since the loop in the procedure does not stop, error are difficult to spot, and this leads to missing commits on the 9.0 branch.
So I came up with an alternative experimental procedure. I took the liberty to paste it on the wiki page: https://github.com/OCA/maintainer-tools/wiki/Migration-to-version-9.0#experimental-procedure-that-works-with-merge-commits-and-can-be-restarted-in-case-of-conflicts
