Hello,

the prestashop connector is project is in quite a bad state. I've been
asked (on IRC) about how to get things moving in there.

Currently the PSC representative is Sebastien Beau, and the other member
is Arthur Vuillard. There have been no real updates on this project
since the beginning of 2016 (apart from technical updates and mass
commits). Yet there are some pull requests, which get reviewed by the
cross functional team (which maybe lacks some specific Prestashop
related skills to actually merge the proposals, which I find perfectly
understandable).

The first question I think is: Sebastien, Arthur, do you still have
interest in this project?

The second point is: I'd like to propose the following OCA contributors
as members of the PSC:

* Florian Dacosta (https://github.com/florian-dacosta)
* Florent Thomas (https://github.com/flotho) (as he's been working on a
migration on https://github.com/flotho/connector-prestashop)
* Pedro Baeza (you know him... He also has a active fork)
