If an author sued a distributor about mixing proprietary and OCA modules 
he contributed to, I suppose OCA could relicense the modules as 
AGPL+exceptions if they want to help.
Looks fair, and nobody is forced to sign the CLA if they don't agree 
(though you cannot withdraw your agreement if you signed already).
