byAs said Ray this is a bug. And it has been fixed.
Next time for this kind of issue that raises on a vanilla installation you better fill a issue form on github if the issue hasn't been reported yet. Note that version 9 still young and you may encounter this kind of problem quiet often.
Hi Robert,It looks an issue with the date format used in system, i don't know what is the flow you followed to generate the error, but this is to inspect.It seems the date format in your database is : YYYY/MM/DD ( and 13 is out of range then ), try to change the Date format in your database, or if you think it's better, you can push the issue on github ( modules' data should take in consideration that ).
