Thanks, and yes, this is default 8.0 behavior.
The only thing I did was removing the shopping cart in the webshop, but
this is not related to issue discussed here (you don't need a shopping
cart on a restaurant's menu).

What is annoying actually in Odoo is the fact that POS and Sales do not
behave the same way and the management of different selling units and
corresponding prices is rather complicated.

I hope this will also be a topic in the discussion started about Odoo
MRP strategy.
