We used FreeIPA + auth0 + LDAP for multi-system centralized management.

they seem to support OIDC, so 
https://odoo-community.org/shop/product/auth_oidc-6545
should work there. I just happened to backport this to v12, and migrating to 
v14, v15 should be pretty straightforward.
