Hello Virginie After a lot of search and try, I bought the "Website Gift Cards" module from Webkul (on Odoo 10). Not because I like it, but because I needed also promotional coupons (which it depends on) and because Webkul allows to test before buying. As allways with Webkul, code is not very pleasant to read… and you will probably ask Webkul support to change some things. The very same module is also available from BrowseInfo. I don't think that the OCA modules can do what you need.
