We recently relaxed the rate limits for the addition of new languages.

If the error persists, please write to transbot@odoo-community.org (it's our support address for weblate issues), with details about the operations you were doing.

The pink field says "Your request was rejected because you have 
performed too many operations recently. You have been logged out, please 
log in and try again later."

Would it be possible to change that lower limit to something less low?
