Hi Francesco,

The Windows 11 "Snipping Tool" now support video recording as well as screenshots.

I also know this is available out of the box in Ubuntu:

To be honest we're not looking to connect in real time with the customer (anydesk or other software works ok for that), on the contrary we want to be able to have video documentation of specific flows, freely accessible with a link and easy to create/play at any time:)
