Migration auth_admin_passkey to 11.0 and 12.0

Dear community,

just want to ask, if there are already some intentions to migrate 
auth_admin_passkey to 11.0 and 12.0 or already started work. Or is there 
a reason not to do so?
I already looked in Github, but found nothing related.

Since the server-tools repo has been splitt, I guess server-auth is the 
right target repo for a migation of auth_admin_passkey, isn't it?
