I know it's a burden. It's a massive process. Still doesnt mean it should be the sole consideration. 

Otherwise we would have only 1 repo.

Graeme, I have already exposed in other mails the burden of creating + maintaining new repos, alongside with the overhead on our infrastructure tools (runbot images, Travis builds, etc), and that's why I try to avoid each new one.
