What should be the process when the person who made the PR is not working on it any more

Hi All,

during the OCA Days in Berlin, we come across the following question:

What can we do if the contributor is not interested any more in his/her
PR since one can not just push to someone else branch/repo?

The reason behind this question was that there are a lot of PR where
some check failed, or they were reviewed, but the contributor did not
answer any more etc.
