in general, you don't need to ask anyone for anything to contribute, just read 
through https://github.com/OCA/maintainer-tools/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md to 
get your contributions right and do it. No permissions necessary. Reviewers 
will help you if stuff is wrong, no worries.
