Yes you are correct. It can start from a confirmed Sales Order as well 
as an invoice.

There is a module for sales order created by odoo e-commerce that works 
well when paid by paypal. Unfortunately there is none when the sales 
order is created manually in odoo.

Does anyone have a module that I can buy?
