Hi All,

First post in this group so:
I am: Frank Schellenberg, Breda, The Netherlands
My background amongst other things in Marketing, Consultancy & Testing
Can help with reviewing, explanation, translations (Dutch) etc

@Onestein we run into the same challenge again and again that some of our customers want their layout to look just as their old one. (from a previous system.)

If we want to fix this from within Odoo this is no “quick” task. However customers do expect this.

 

We would like to start developing a simple module that will give users a wizard that helps them generate an invoice layout closer to their needs.

And develop it into a full fledge template designer over time and when there is enough interest.

 

What are your thoughts on this, do you run into similar questions, where do you see challenges. Or do you already know of a module that accomplishes what is needed.
