Viking XPRS departs Helsinki from Katajanokka Terminal at 14:15 and arrives at Tallinn Terminal at 16:45.

at 14 :15–16:45 Planning Days program in the Viking XPRS meeting room; coffee, tea and fruit available all the time
at 14:15 Salad buffet in the meeting room
at 14:50 Planning Days program 
at 16:45 Viking XPRS arrives in Tallinn
at 16:50 Bus transfer from the port to Nordic Hotel Forum (Viru Väljak 3), accommodation
at 18:00 Small guided evening walk from the hotel to the Estonia Theatre
at 19:00 Johann Strauss' operetta The Bat, Estonia Theatre 

Saturday 30.8.2025 

7:00–11: 00 Breakfast at the hotel 
10:00–15:00 Planning days program in the hotel conference room 
13:00 Coffee, tea and something salty and sweet in the conference room 
15:00–17: 00 Guided two-hour walking tour. 
Options: Old Town; Through the Old Town to Telliskive; Rotermanni + city center; Rotermanni + museum – either the Estonian Museum of Architecture or the Museum of Pop Art PoCo 
17:00 Shared dinner (at the C'est la vie restaurant or in the hotel) 

Sunday 31.8.2025 

7:00–11: 00 Breakfast at the hotel 
10:00–12: 00 Planning days program in the hotel conference room 
12:15–14 :15 Guided two-hour bus tour. North Tallinn: Kopli, Põhjala factory area, Nobblesner and Kalamaja Tour ends at the passenger port. 
15:30–18:30 Viking Line Tallinn–Helsinki Buffet dinner 

A cabin has been reserved for luggage on the return trip.
