Goals of the training
Review Runboat features
Dive into the Runboat architecture
Learn how to install Runboat and let it deploy builds on a Kubernetes cluster
Learn how to customize the builds for specific requirements of your organization, such as using private repositories
More detailed instructions will be provided to registered participants a week before the training.
Audience: Technical
High Level Prerequisites:
Familiarity with the Linux Command Line
Familiarity with basic Kubernetes concepts such as what is a Pod, a deployment or an ingress.
We will review these concepts during the training.
A Linux Virtual Machine or VPS (preferably Ubuntu, but any other distro that is supported by Microk8s will work too).
A cloud VPS is preferable in case the internet connection at the venue has limited bandwidth.
